Correction: Defendant's name is Timothy Gaskill

Because of a reporting error, the name of one of the defendants in the Court Report for Barnstable District Court on Page B11 of Monday's Times was incorrect. Timothy Gaskill was found guilty of stalking and several other offenses.

Because of reporting errors, a story about Hope in Bloom on Page A3 of Thursday's Times had the wrong date for the death of Beverly Eisenberg and an incorrect location for where Alison McCutcheon's father found cards for Hope in Bloom. Eisenberg died from breast cancer in 2005. McCutcheon's father saw cards for the nonprofit group at The Corner Store, which is a Chatham cafe.

Brown, of 80 Winter St. in Hyannis, pleaded guilty on May 25 to indecent assault and battery of a person older than 14 years on April 28, 2008, and was sentenced to 18 months in the Barnstable County Correctional Facility with 84 days to serve (deemed served) and two-year probation; Brown also admitted sufficient facts to indecent assault and battery of a person older than 14 years, which was continued without a finding for two years.

Because of a wire service error, an Associated Press report about collecting sales tax on Internet sales on Page A5 of Monday's edition incorrectly reported the number of teachers' salaries that could be paid with the $23 billion in uncollected sales and use taxes. The number should have been 460,000.
