Because of a reporting error, a story on Page A3 of Friday's Times about the Orleans Board of Health incorrectly implied that a town of Orleans videotape of the May 21 Board of Health meeting had been edited to eliminate an apparent obscenity by a board member. The recorded incident occurred later in the meeting, after member David Currier had left his seat and a restaurant case had been heard.

Correction: Burned building in Dennis valued at $2M

Because of incorrect information provided to the Times, a story on Page A6 of Sunday's Times contained the wrong value for a building damaged in a fire Friday. The building, including its contents, was worth about $2 million, Dennis Fire Chief Mark Dellner said. There was an estimated $1 million worth of damage to the property, he said.

Joseph Guglielmo is new general manager

Because of a reporting error, the new general manager of the Cape Playhouse in Dennis was misidentified in a review that ran on Page C3 of Wednesday's Times. His name is Joseph Guglielmo.

The event will be 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the Prova Brazil Steakhouse & Italian Cuisine, 415 Main St., Hyannis.

Vice President Biden going to Guatemala

Because of an editing error, a headline on Page A4 on a story about two men being held in a Honduran jail contained incorrect information about travel plans for U.S. Vice President Joe Biden. Biden was scheduled to meet with a Honduran official during a visit to Guatemala on Friday.

Because of an editing error, the Best Bets column on Page 10 of today's CapeWeek magazine contains the wrong date for a concert by folk trios Brother Sun and the Box Car Lilies at the Cultural Center of Cape Cod.

Because of a reporting error, a story on Page A1 of Sunday's Times gave the incorrect owner of a house in Falmouth that was the site of an alleged methamphetamine laboratory. The house is owned by Connecticut resident Kenneth J. Medve. He told the Times on Monday that he did not want to comment.

Correction: 'Obvious Child' not playing at film fest

Because of a reporter's error, a listing for the Nantucket Film Festival on Page C2 of Saturday's Times included a film that is not being shown. "Obvious Child," starring comedian Jenny Slate, is not on the festival schedule.

Quake probability clarified

Because of incorrect information provided to the Times, a letter published on Page A8 of the June 18 edition of the Times contained wrong information about earthquake probabilities in the Northeast. The Northeast has only a moderate risk of earthquake activity, according to the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency. The agency says the last major earthquake in the Northeast was in 1755 off Cape Ann.
