Because of incorrect information provided to the Times, an Education Brief on Page A3 of Monday’s Times incorrectly identified the school where Melinda A. Adams is the librarian. Adams, who was named a recipient of the 2017 Massachusetts Super Librarian Award by the Massachusetts School Library Association, is the high school librarian at Upper Cape Cod Regional Technical School in Bourne.

The Collections Gallery holding pet food drive

Because of an editing error, an item in Community Notes on Page B2 of Sunday’s Times omitted the name of a gallery conducting a pet food drive. The Collections Gallery, located at 23 Jarves St. in Sandwich, is collecting dog and cat food from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily through April 30 for “Helping Hands for the Plymouth Animal Shelter.”

Wrong writer credited for story

Because of an editing error, a story about the debate over moped businesses in Oak Bluffs on Page A3 of Monday’s Times included an incorrect byline. The story was written by staff writer Ethan Genter.

Because of a reporting error, a story about the Falmouth annual town meeting on Page A3 of Tuesday's Times included incorrect information about a vote on the salaries for the Board of Selectmen. The vote was to maintain the current salary level for selectmen;

$5,000 for each board member except the chairman, who receives

$6,000.

Because of incorrect information provided to the Times, a story on Page A1 of Thursday’s Times about salt marsh decline attributed the highest level of nutrient contamination of the Westport River system to the wrong source. After receiving public comments, the state Department of Environmental Protection issued a new analysis that found 71 percent of the overall nitrogen load that had to be removed from the river came from septic systems and only 10 percent came from agricultural sources

Because of incorrect information provided to the Times, a story and map on Page A1 of the Feb. 9 edition stated the wrong figure for the largest single-family residence in Wellfleet by net living area. The largest singlefamily residence is 11,119 square feet, according to Town Assessor Nancy Vail.

Voters approved $1.3 million to fund the town’s share of the school’s $14.73 million operating budget, but did not take any action in connection with a plan to build a new school

Falmouth school board vote was 7-1-1

Because of a reporting error, the vote taken by the Falmouth School Committee on whether to move high school graduation to Guv Fuller Field was incorrect in a story on Page A1 of Wednesday's Times. One committee member voted in favor of the move, seven members voted against it, and one member abstained.
