A map on Page A4 of Sunday's Times requires clarification. A stream in South Wellfleet where conservationists are trying to bring back sea-run brook trout is located south of Blue Heron Road and north of Fresh Brook Lane.

Concerts at First Congregational Church of Falmouth

Because of incorrect information provided to the Times, a Coming Up event listed on Page 10 of Friday’s CapeWeek had the wrong location for the Greater Falmouth Community Chorus Holiday Concert: 'A Winter Tapestry.' The performances will be at 7:30 p.m. Friday and 3 p.m. Sunday at the First Congregational Church of Falmouth, 68 Main St.

Year Vaccine Act signed incorrect in My View

Because of a writer’s error, a My View on Page A11 of Monday’s Times misstated the year of the Vaccine Act signed by Thomas Jefferson. The act was signed in 1813.

Volunteer’s name, work experience incorrect

Because of incorrect information provided to the Times, an item on Page B5 of Thursday’s Times included the wrong spelling of John Lojko’s name. Because of a reporting error, the same item attributed volunteer and work experience to the wrong person. Lojko volunteers with Meals on Wheels in Wellfleet and has worked for 19 years at Shaw’s Market in Orleans, according to a statement from Cape Abilities.

Dennis Fire Department

Because of incorrect information provided to the Times, a story on Page A1 of Thursday’s Times contained incorrect information about how a former Dennis firefighter left the department. Sebastian Pessini resigned from the department in November, according to Dennis Fire Chief Mark Dellner

Future rate hikes to pay for energy storage project

Because of a reporting error, a story on Page A1 of Friday’s Times contained incorrect information about the potential for a rate increase to pay for plans by Eversource to build energy storage on Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard. While there will be no increase in the near term, the utility will seek reimbursement for the cost of the projects in future rates, according to Eversource spokeswoman Priscilla Ress.

Because of a reporting error, a story on Page A1 of Monday’s Times gave the wrong website for the medical marijuana curriculum offered by the Massachusetts Medical Society. The cannabis curriculum is available on the society’s website at massmed.org/cme/ cannabis.

Hatch supports reauthorizing CHIP

Because of a writer’s error, the editorial on Page A8 of Thursday’s Times misstated the position of Sen. Orrin Hatch of Utah on reauthorization of the Children’s Health Insurance Program. Hatch has said that he supports the program but that funding will be difficult. Hatch’s statement, in context: “I believe in helping those who cannot help themselves, but would if they could. I have a rough time wanting to spend billions and billions and trillions of dollars to help people who won’t help themselves — won’t lift a finger — and expect the federal government to do everything.”
