Because of a reporting error, the name of a second man arraigned on drug charges in Falmouth District Court on Tuesday was incorrect in Wednesday’s Times. Sean E. Dugus, 20, of 47 Renee Lane in East Falmouth, was charged with conspiracy to violate the drug laws, trafficking in cocaine more than 18 grams and possession of a class D drug to distribute. Robert R. Gill Jr., of 12 Penikese St. in West Wareham, was incorrectly named.

The article, which needed a two-thirds majority, was soundly defeated. The amount of community preservation money being used to put lights in Johnny Kelley Park also was incorrect. The $315,000 lighting cost is being completely covered by community preservation funds.
