July 07, 2010HYANNISPORT — Police responding to a domestic violence call at 135 Third Ave. late Monday night found a house ridden with fleas, animal feces and more than three dozen cats.

A woman and two children under 12 fled the house shortly after midnight, following a fight between two adults, according to neighbors. Police did not confirm these details last night.

Francis Lezotte, 41, of that address, was arrested and booked at 12:40 a.m. yesterday at the Barnstable Police department. He was arraigned yesterday in Barnstable District Court for assault and battery, according to court records.


Thank God for these people who rescue such horribly abused creatures.
My suggestion to all people who treat animals this way? Off with their heads. Don`t even want think about the fact that these people actually reproduce themselves as well. A whole other topic.
