Wandering mouse
Hm. My mouse has a mind of its own !! It isn`t frozen, it gets stuck for a couple seconds...Sometimes it will open up new tabs by itself. Floats all over the place! Sometimes it changes from an arrow to a thing that looks like a bell. Not a huge problem. Hope it isn`t emailing my contacts while I`m away from the desk. Maby it needs a flu shot.
I checked my mouse contol. And have changed nothing.

Needs a cleaning? Check the connection too.

Sounds like something funny may have snuck in.
It sounds like you went to: Control Panel > Mouse and Pointing Devices
Windows Default (system scheme) Is standard.
Try running Glary, there may be a funky bit of something left over corrupting the drivers.
Uninstall / reinstall:
Reinstall PC mouse drivers. In Windows, open "Control Panel" then "System." Select the "Device Driver" tab then scroll to and select your mouse. Uninstall any drivers that are listed. Unplug the mouse then reboot the PC. Reboot the system again, plug the mouse back in, then allow Windows to reinstall the drivers if prompted.

Thanks!
I`ll start with Glary. That I do on a pretty regular basis. Glary always finds something.
Then will move on to the rest.
Updates at 11:00.

Re: Wandering mouse
must confess until the other day I hadn`t allowed SAS to download updates in awhile.
Mostly b/c doing so caused me to have to re-boot afterwards.
Readers Digest version: I think SAS helped the mouse from having free will over my pc.
Is it possible that SAS helped??????
