Kevin Lima sentenced for stealing from veteran
Because of a reporting error, a story on Page A2 of Wednesday's Times contained incorrect information about who was sentenced in the case of a man who pleaded guilty to stealing from a disabled veteran. Kevin Lima, 36, of Acushnet, was sentenced to two years in the Barnstable County Correctional Facility with 48 days to serve, deemed served.

Nantucket man pleaded not guilty in rape case
Because of a reporting error, a story on Page A2 of Wednesday's paper contained incorrect information about a Nantucket man accused of rape.
David Matterson, 36, pleaded not guilty in Nantucket Superior Court to six counts of aggravated rape during the commission of a felony, four counts of kidnapping, four counts of assault and battery, four counts of indecent assault and battery on a person over 14, three counts of home invasion, three counts of breaking and entering at nighttime to commit a felony, three counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, one count of assault with a dangerous weapon and one count of assault to rape.
