Because of a reporting error a story on Page A1 of Wednesday’s Times incorrectly listed one of the three Lower Cape towns where Outer Cape Health Services plans to build a new health clinic. The three new clinics will be located in Harwich on Route 28, in Brewster on Route 6A and on Route 6 in Wellfleet, where an existing clinic will be torn down after the new one is built.

Wrong charges attributed to Osterville man
Because of a reporting error, an item on Page A8 of Friday's Times incorrectly identified a man who faced a charge of assault and battery in Barnstable District Court as the same man charged with a string of break-ins in Harwich last month. Douglas E. Bearse, 55, of Osterville, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and a threat to commit a crime. Those charges were continued until March 28 if he pays a legal counsel fee of $150. Douglas M. Bearse, also 55, of West Harwich, pleaded not guilty in Orleans District Court to multiple larceny and breaking-and-entering charges.
