Blizzid! 2014 Edition

A *Blizzard Watch* is in effect from Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday afternoon. Periods of snow heavy at times with blowing and drifting snow are predicted along with an arctic blast creating blizzard conditions. Preliminary accumulation estimate is 8-12 inches with the highest amounts over the Cape and Islands.
